PAYMENTS GUIDELINES
Investment Deposits
- Investors may fund their accounts through approved payment channels (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT, or fiat gateways where applicable).
- All funds deposited will be allocated directly to the investment plan selected by the investor.
Confirmation & Lock-In
- Deposits are locked to the selected investment plan tier and cannot be withdrawn or reallocated until plan maturity.
- Upon confirmation of payment on the blockchain or payment gateway, investors will receive an official transaction receipt.
Withdrawal Policy
Prerequisite to Withdrawals
To qualify for withdrawals, the following conditions must be met:
- 1. Plan Maturity – Your chosen investment plan must have completed its locked cycle or maturity period.

Investors are required to reach the final (maximum) tier of their selected investment structure before being eligible to withdraw.

Withdrawal Rights Upon Completion
Once your plan reaches the maximum tier and maturity:
- You are free to withdraw your full capital and returns at any time, with no additional fees, delays, or restrictions.
- Withdrawals will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on network congestion and compliance verification.
- No third-party conditions, hidden charges, or “unlocking fees” apply beyond this point.
Important Disclosures
- Partial withdrawals are not permitted prior to reaching the maximum plan tier.
- Early withdrawal requests before meeting prerequisites will be automatically declined by our system.

INACTIVE ACCOUNT POLICY
Please be advised that all inactive accounts on the Sterling platform are now subject to a mandatory reactivation fee of $5,500. This fee is required to unlock withdrawal privileges and restore full access to account functionality.
This policy is non-negotiable and cannot be altered or waived under any circumstances.
Upon successful confirmation of the reactivation payment:
• Your withdrawal request will be processed immediately without delay.
• There will be no additional conditions or requirements.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Only the Company's Client can benefit from the Affiliate Program. The Company may at any time change the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program without prior notice. The Client may create a deposit from his account balance using his referral commission. Referral commission is automatically credited to the account balance of the referrer (Client).
LIABILITY

REFUND POLICY
All refund requests are carefully reviewed if they are made in a timely manner and in accordance with this agreement and the sterling Asset reserves the right to reject any refund request not supported evidence, based on a decision of the technical department, and in accordance with this agreement. Any unresolved complaints or disputes between our clients and Sterling Asset shall be filed to and resolved by a competent court. If any provision of these Terms of Use is ruled invalid by a competent court, the invalidity of such a provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. If you make a dispute, Charge back or reverse transactions on your purchases, your account will be suspended immediately. On closure of dispute, we will re-evaluate the situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate your account. The Client agrees that the money transfer sent by Client, is final and cannot be reversed or refunded. The Client agrees that in case, when deposit has been created automatically, funds sent by Client can be used only for deposit creation, and cannot be refunded to the Client.
